Security Officer Foot Patrol
About the role
As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Reporting in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, and the site perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and communicate concerns with professionalism.
- Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activity, and promptly communicate relevant information to Allied Universal and designated site personnel.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possession of a guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills
- Security-related experience.
- Computer or tablet proficiency.
