What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout offices, production areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry points, verify access credentials as directed by site policies, and support visitor management processes for restricted and controlled areas.
- Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site contacts, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests and/or workplace concerns as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
