Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a front desk location.
• Monitor front desk activity, greet and direct guests, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with location protocols.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain detailed front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with staff regarding security-related concerns and/or unusual activity.
• Support access control and reception operations within a financial services location by following confidentiality expectations, handling sensitive interactions professionally, and reinforcing site rules with courtesy and consistency.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.
