Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting tenants and visitors, and supporting security-related operations for a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor credentials as directed, issue access badges when required, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front desk presence.
• Answer phones, greet guests, direct deliveries, and communicate with building management and/or emergency contacts regarding routine questions, incidents, and service needs.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and escalating concerns according to post orders.
• Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident reports, and support after-hours access requests and other administrative security-related tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
