$18.69 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and assigned security-related duties at an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor, delivery, and/or contractor processing in accordance with posted instructions and client-facing expectations.
- Report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and assist with emergency response activities as directed by site procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
