Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated access points to help control entry and/or exit activity for the retail location, while documenting visitor, vendor, and/or delivery arrivals as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unlocked doors, and/or other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
