Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining an active presence in assigned areas, and following Allied Universal standards and post orders.

Requirements

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
