How This Role Works

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor front desk activity, greet incoming guests, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to support authorized entry procedures.
• Answer phones, manage visitor logs, issue temporary credentials when applicable, and communicate clearly with building staff regarding security-related concerns and/or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate contacts as needed.
• Support a professional lobby presence by observing the entrance area, reporting maintenance or life-related concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk coverage.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
