Pay Rate
$20.69 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk location.
- Monitor access to the facility by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials when applicable, and directing individuals to the appropriate destination.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Maintain awareness of lobby and reception area activity to help support order at the location and help to deter unauthorized access.
- Complete required logs, reports, and/or front desk documentation related to visitor activity, incidents, and daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
