Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify visitor access in accordance with property guidelines, and maintain visitor logs and/or related records as needed.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer phones, greet guests, and assist with directions, badges, and general inquiries while supporting security-related operations at the front desk.
• Observe and report maintenance concerns, access issues, and policy-related matters to the appropriate personnel to help support orderly daily operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
