Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or visitor access requirements, and direct patients, guests, and staff according to location protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Support front desk operations by answering routine questions, maintaining visitor logs and/or badge records, and reporting unusual activity to help with a professional and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
