$17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a residential location, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with property policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related matters to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery records, issue access credentials when directed, and communicate relevant information with residents, management, and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter to observe conditions and report maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
