Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.
- Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to manage entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events with clear and accurate reports.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
- Communicate with employees, visitors, and site contacts regarding access procedures, delivery activity, and/or other security-related concerns while supporting daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- One or more years of security-related experience is required.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
