Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior according to location guidelines.
- Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel, following manufacturing location procedures, and completing required reports related to security-related activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
