How This Role Works
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with security-related protocols.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate contacts when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 21 years of age.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
