Security Officer Driver Patrol

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol utility‑related locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents.
• As a driving position, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Conduct routine and random patrols, report security‑related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Minimum age: at least 18 years for unarmed roles (this position is unarmed; armed roles require 21+).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Meet any additional licensing requirements mandated by state or local law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
