As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Tarrytown, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence, assisting visitors, managing access, monitoring entry activity, and responding to security-related concerns. Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming front desk presence for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location.
- Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests according to site-specific policies.
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
- Monitor lobby activity and incoming communications, maintain accurate logs, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
Requirements
- Have at least two years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay
$22.64 - $23.64 / Hour
