Security Officer Driver Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior according to post orders.
• Support daily operations by maintaining accurate logs, preparing incident reports, and following Allied Universal standards for assigned patrol duties.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
