As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, dock areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials, following post instructions, and reporting discrepancies according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by observing trailer yards, loading and unloading areas, and high-traffic zones for security-related issues, policy violations, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
