Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Badge Verification Support in Bremerton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a public transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service to passengers, visitors, and employees.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, transit facility policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicles, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe public areas for unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate professionally with transit staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
