What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and associates by following site-specific access control procedures, badge verification steps, and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading areas, and employee-only spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, parking areas, and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and other security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports related to visitor access, vehicle activity, deliveries, and other daily security-related events.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
