As a Security Officer Driver Entry Desk in Branchburg, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a healthcare location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a central post, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor reception duties, badge and access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Monitor the front desk area, greet employees, patients, visitors, and vendors, and help to direct foot traffic in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Maintain logs, reports, and other required documentation related to access activity, visitor management, and other security-related matters.
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support front desk operations while helping to uphold site policies and professional standards.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
