• DayTime: Monday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  Sunday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, visitor check-in support, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity at a logistics and distribution location, verify visitor and delivery documentation, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, departures, and/or special access requests.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer questions, provide direction to employees, visitors, and drivers, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and consistent application of site policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
