Security Officer Customer Service Driver

Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls.
• Provide mobile patrol services at a retail location, helping to maintain a welcoming environment for customers, tenants, and staff.
• Conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.
• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
