As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver in North Richland Hills, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the banking location, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unauthorized access attempts, suspicious behavior, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records while maintaining a professional presence.
