Security Officer Conflict Deescalation

About the Role

As a Security Officer Conflict Deescalation in Port Isabel, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, particularly financial institutions. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $13.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established financial institution protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements, maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and policy concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Tuesday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
Wednesday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
Saturday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• Hold a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
