About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location in Denver, CO. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This is a full-time position where you will use clear communication and customer service skills while responding to security-related concerns as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notifications according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol records, and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
