Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior and exterior of the location, including business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor processing, and follow post orders related to restricted or sensitive spaces.
• Complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation, and communicate notable activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to Allied Universal leadership and/or site representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
