About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control, and provide strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
