What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls, alarms, and service requests to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear communication with personnel, site contacts, and emergency responders during routine operations, incidents, and critical situations.
- Document dispatch activity, incident details, and notifications accurately in required logs and reporting systems.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
- Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Handcuffing certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
