What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
- Maintain readiness to perform armed post duties, including following use-of-force guidelines, handling assigned equipment responsibly, and completing required reports and logs in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
