Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, buildings, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, deliver exceptional customer service and communication, and respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.

  • Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing site conditions, and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
