Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including public areas, operational spaces, and perimeter points, to help identify and report concerns.
- Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry to restricted areas in accordance with site protocols and location requirements.
- Support day-to-day operations by observing for suspicious behavior, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and/or assisting with directions and general inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
- A New York State Security Guard License is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
