Security Dual Rate Supervisor (Caesars New Orleans)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Security personnel to ensure compliance with all related policies to provide a safe environment for our guests.
• Captures illegal acts and protects Caesars and Guest’s property by proactively deterring criminal acts.
• Assists with capturing illegal acts and protects Caesars and Guest’s property by proactively deterring criminal acts.
• Assists with escorting patrons to their destinations and assisting with directions.
• Maintains a stationery post in sensitive areas or escorting company funds from one location to another.
• Pays patrons jackpots with the slot and table games department.
• Ensures that posts in their zones are properly manned and that reliefs are provided when necessary.
• Evaluates the performance of personnel under their supervision.
• Acts as a role model, always presenting oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, extensive professional and college level training are required.
• Extensive command or supervisory level law enforcement experience, and/or casino security experience, or a combination thereof, is required.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written skills with good analytical ability.
• Ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to respond to visual and aural cues.
