Security Concierge Ambassador

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Florida Class D Security License (required)
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to clear a motor vehicle background check

Preferred experience: Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50/hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 1st & 2nd shifts available. Must be able to work weekends.
