Concierge Security Ambassador

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence. You’ll work in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, providing high-touch customer service across all shifts.

Site Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50/hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Part-time, Friday and Saturday, 11pm - 7am.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• FL Class D security license
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (this is a driving post)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process

Qualifications

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
