Concierge Security Ambassador

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Tooele, UT. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your natural ability to engage with others will reassure and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Not have been employed with Cabela's/Bass Pro within the last 5 years
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Possess a state license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.47 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Set schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/wk), Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am (Grave shift)
