Concierge Security Ambassador

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer with a focus on customer service. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections to reassure and inspire confidence in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

This is a full-time position with a set schedule: Friday - Tuesday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Flexible scheduling options are also available for those seeking variable shifts.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.54 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Florida Class D Security License
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (this is a driving post)

Preferred qualifications include experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
