Security Communications Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Communicate with other departments, EMS, police, and associates both on and off property.
• Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls.
• Use a radio to transmit calls for service to Security, Safety, and Fire officers.
• Record calls for service and activities in our Incident Management System.
• Maintain and monitor CCTV systems, weather software, and communicate via text messaging services; make appropriate notifications when directed.

Requirements

• Ages 18+
• Must remain active through October 26th to be eligible for bonus pay.

• Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

Schedule

• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay

• $16/hour
• Additional $5/hour incentive beginning September 21st, payable after November 1st.
