Security Communications Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Make emergency and non-emergency phone calls.
• Use a radio to transmit calls for service to Security, Safety, and Fire officers.
• Record calls for service and activities in the Incident Management System.
• Maintain communication through CCTV systems, weather software, and text messaging services.
• Communicate appropriately when directed.
