Where You'll Make an Impact

• Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome
• Check ID cards of guests entering the casino and hotels
• Refuse entry to persons under the age of 21 and those carrying weapons or prohibited items
• Explain rules, regulations, and code of conduct for the casino and hotels
• Interact professionally with the public for assistance, directions, and inquiries
• Aid in resolving customer disputes, handling intoxicated individuals, managing criminal matters, and controlling traffic
• Notify supervisors of unusual events, incidents, or crimes
• Respond to medical or fire emergencies
• Operate the Security Dispatch Office and communicate via radio and phone
• Man the Employee/Visitor Entrance, maintaining a visitor log
• Maintain order in restaurants and gaming areas
• Control traffic in valet and parking areas
• Write and investigate first reports of injury
• Assist in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers
• Ensure safety and security of all guests and team members

• Valid driver's license

Must-Haves

• Ability to work Grave Shifts (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• One to two years' experience in security with a focus on guest service preferred
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or other applicable regulatory entities

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Ascending and descending stairs
• Working in extreme temperatures (hot and cold)
• Riding a bicycle and operating a Segway
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Running, stooping, bending, and reaching
