Security Agent

Mission

• Monitor and control access to the catering facility and restricted areas
• Verify employee, visitor, and vendor credentials and badges
• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of the facility and surrounding areas
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
• Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift documentation accurately
• Aid in emergency response procedures, including evacuations and medical incidents
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Enforce company policies, security procedures, and airport security regulations
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors
• Cookordination with airport authorities, law enforcement, and management when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements related to product and service quality, environmental standards, food safety, and health and safety regulations.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, eliminating hazards, and reducing health and safety risks.
• Compliance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)/General manufacturing practices (GMP) guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by unit management.

Profil

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong observation and communication skills are required
• The ability to write clear and accurate reports is necessary
• The employee must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods is required
• The employee must pass a background check and any airport clearance requirements
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
• The ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods is required
• The ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally is required
• The ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions is required
• The ability to respond quickly in emergency situations is required

This position operates within an airport catering and food production environment. Security personnel may work near loading docks, warehouse areas, refrigeration units, and active transportation zones.
