Securities Services Specialist - Asset Reunification

Role Summary

The Securities Services Specialist - Asset Reunification is part of the Mutual Fund Proxy team and supports the recovery and reunification of shareholder assets. This role involves accurate handling of shareholder correspondence, document intake, and preparation of client submittals for processing.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

• Generating and processing outbound mail related to asset reunification cases
• Scanning and indexing inbound shareholder correspondence
• Preparing and scanning submittals and TA presentments to Sirius for processing
• Maintaining accurate electronic records
• Supporting resolution of case discrepancies
• Aiding leadership with ad-hoc operational tasks

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, financial services, or administrative processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with document scanning or records management preferred
• Basic understanding of Transfer Agent operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills

Compensation

We offer a rate in the range of $22-25 per hour. Compensation packages are commensurate with experience and location.
