for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.

- Required Licenses and Certifications: (none listed? It says "Required Licenses and Certifications: Physical Demands: Office Environment Sitting Repetitive movement" Actually that line seems mis-placed: maybe they list Physical Demands under Required Licenses and Certifications? We'll treat as Physical Demands: Office Environment, Sitting, Repetitive movement.
- Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: Preferred work experience to include bookkeeping, supervisory responsibility, public contact, and customer service. Experience with Microsoft Office software applications: WORD, EXCEL, TEAMS. Experience with/in Banner, Concur (travel/expense systems). Working experience in higher education and/or K-12 systems.

Actually that seems part of Skills and Abilities? Might be misplaced. We'll treat as part of Skills and Abilities.

- EEO Statement: remove boilerplate.
- Advertised date etc: remove.
We need to include sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education, experience, licenses), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (skills and abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay ($18.45 per hour) and Schedule (Monday-Friday 8-5 onsite). Benefits: comprehensive benefit package.
We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the details exactly as given, but we can format as lists.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So we can start with About the role
then a
with summary: "The Secretary Level 2 will provide administrative support to the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department within the College of Arts, Sciences and Education. This position delivers key clerical functions to support academic operations independently and within established departmental and college policies." plus maybe location etc? The location is not part of summary but could be included in About the role? Might be better to include location in a separate paragraph? But we only have sections defined; we could include location in About the role paragraph. We must not include Job ID etc. So we ignore. We need to include Required Education, Required Work Experience, Required Licenses and Certifications (Physical Demands), Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered (preferred). Those could go under Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (preferred). Or we could combine. We need to decide sections: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: essential duties list (maybe also marginal duties? but we can include essential duties only; marginal could be included as part of responsibilities but maybe we can include both under responsibilities as separate sub-lists? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a list for essential duties, and maybe another list for marginal duties under same section? Could be okay.
- Requirements: Required Education, Required Work Experience, Required Licenses and Certifications (Physical Demands). Could be a list.
- Qualifications: Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered (preferred). Could be a list.
- Skills: Skills and Abilities list.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package (health care, vacation, etc.) plus link. We'll make a list maybe with one item.
- Pay: $18.45 per hour; hourly rate pursuant to the FSU and CTA/MEA-NEA Agreement.
- Schedule: On-site | Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Also anticipated start date early October 2026 (estimated). Could include start date in schedule? Might be better to include in About the role? But schedule section should contain schedule info; we can add start date as a note.
We must not create sections with filler. All sections have real content.
We must not include application instructions, optional documents, required documents, etc. Those are considered application instructions? The instruction says: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove Required Documents, Optional Documents, Special Instructions to Applicants, Initial Application Review Date, Open Until Position is Filled?, Posting Close Date, etc. Also remove EEO statement.
Thus we keep only substantive job description content.
Now produce HTML fragment.
We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed.
Let's craft:
