General Summary
Provides administrative and secretarial support to the daily operations of the office.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide reception services and greet visitors
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task with multiple phone lines
- Maintain employee files, keeping record of all necessary training, time sheets, and certifications
- Prepare and provide required weekly and monthly reports to the government
- Perform data entry in DMLSS, and other software as required
- Sort and deliver mail
- Order and distribute supplies
- Afford assistance Project Managers with administrative duties
- Perform scanning and copying of documents
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Experience And Skill Requirements
- Two years prior office administrative experience preferred
- DMLSS-FM program experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using telephones, fax machines, copy machines, scanners and printers
Physical, Environmental And Sensory Requirements
- Work environment is a typical office setting
- Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting
- Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. but generally not to the point of being disagreeable
