About the Role

We are seeking passionate educators to fill various teaching and administrative positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are critical in shaping the educational experiences of students and supporting school communities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with state and district standards.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the school or district (e.g., committee work, extracurricular supervision).

Requirements

  • Valid Michigan teaching certification or eligibility for certification (specific endorsements may vary by position).
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes and district priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred for some roles).
  • Prior teaching or administrative experience in K-12 settings (preferred but not always required).
  • Familiarity with Michigan’s educational standards and assessment frameworks.
