About the role
The position is located in Latrobe, PA.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced lesson plans and performance tasks with desired stated outcomes for each class.
- Facilitate learning of academic, social, and life skills as it pertains to mathematics and everyday life.
- Administer pre/post tests and incorporate results and needs of students into educational planning.
- Participate in curriculum team meetings and be an active member of the planning team.
- Ensure the implementation of IEP goals and recommendations in all classes.
- Communicate with all parties involved in the forward education of all students.
Requirements
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- PA Certified 7-12 in Secondary Mathematics.
Skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, educators, and other stakeholders.
