Responsibilities

The Operational Transformation Manager plays a critical role within Physical Security, responsible for translating strategic transformation initiatives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Physical Security Operational Transformation, this role supports enterprise-wide improvements to Physical Security infrastructure, processes, and technologies. The position focuses on project management, operational analysis, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen the organization’s security posture, regulatory readiness, and operational efficiency. The role partners closely with Facilities, Technology, Procurement, vendors, and other internal teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to Physical Security strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Physical Security, operational transformation, or large-scale infrastructure or technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, process improvement, or operational execution.
• Working knowledge of Physica Security technologies, systems, and regulatory environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP and/or CPP preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits

• Salary Range: The annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$121,300 plus incentive bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
