About the role
The Clinic Admitting Clerk at Seasons Medical Center is responsible for greeting clients, accurately routing them, and entering admission information into the Cerner Patient Accounting System. This position is crucial as the first point of contact for patients at the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and route them appropriately
- Accurately enter admission information into the Cerner Patient Accounting System
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in patient admissions
- Work as part of a team and independently
Requirements
- Previous Admitting/PBX Experience (preferred)
- Previous Cerner Experience (preferred)
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Publisher (or Equivalent), and PowerPoint
