About the role

The Clinic Admitting Clerk at Seasons Medical Center is responsible for greeting clients, accurately routing patrons, and maintaining high levels of accuracy while admitting patients to the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and route patrons appropriately.
• Accurately admit patients into the Cerner Patient Accounting System.
• Work as the first patient contact, embodying the values of Integrity, Respect, and Caring.

Requirements

• Previous Admitting/PBX Experience preferred.
• Previous Cerner Experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Teamwork and individual work capabilities.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Publisher (or equivalent), and PowerPoint.
